The East Windsor Municipal Utilities Authority Board of Commissioners is comprised of five regular members and two alternates. Alternates participate actively in all sessions of the EWMUA Board, but only have the authority to vote on issues during the absence of regular seated members. All members of the Board are appointed to five year terms by the East Windsor Township Council.
